Most organizations are investing heavily in transformation. Few turn it into sustained results.

The New Ways of Working Summit 2026 focuses on one question: what actually works in practice when it comes to adoption, leadership, culture and skills.

Join a select group of HR and business leaders to exchange concrete approaches that translate ambition into measurable impact.

      What you will work on

You will take part in interactive breakout sessions focused on:

      • Digital adoption & technology enablement
      • Future-fit organizational culture & leadership
      • The new AI world
      • Skills & capabilities of tomorrow

      How the summit works

      This is not a conference.

      • Small-group breakout sessions designed for real exchange
      • Moderated discussions based on real cases and experience

The focus is on sharing what works, what doesn’t and why.

Why this is worth your time

      • Real peer exchange with senior HR and transformation leaders
      • Practical insights grounded in experience, not theory
      • Immediate takeaways you can apply in your organization the next day

      Who should attend

      • HR leaders shaping workforce and culture transformation
      • Transformation, culture and change leaders responsible for execution
      • Business leaders driving AI, digital adoption or organizational change

Reserve your spot today and join a community of forward thinkers driving innovation in HR, change and leadership.
