      Marcin is a Partner in Business Services Transformation at KPMG Switzerland. For 18 years, he has helped organizations establish agile operating models and implement future-oriented digital solutions for Finance and HR.

      As a strategic transformation partner to CFOs and their teams, he combines consulting expertise with ten years of operational Finance experience in global organizations.

      Roderik Olde Kalter


      Roderik is a Director in Business Services Transformation at KPMG Switzerland and leads its Enterprise Performance Management offering.

      Since 2009, he has advised multinational organizations on Finance strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and large-scale transformation programs, drawing on experience in both advisory and Finance leadership roles.
