      Nick advises national and international clients on HR, culture, leadership and change in the context of business transformations, deals and major tech programs. With a background in psychology and management, he supports leaders and teams through complex change.

      As head of People & Change Advisory, he leads services such as HR strategy, change management, M&A HR, culture and leadership development. Nick is also part of KPMG’s global People & Change leadership network.

      Patrick advises national and international clients on HR transformation, HRIT strategy and the implementation of modern HR technologies, with a focus on HR Cloud solutions. He supports organizations in aligning people, processes and technology to build scalable, future-ready HR operating models.

      As a Senior Manager in People & Change Advisory with more than 15 years of experience in corporate HR and consulting, Patrick leads complex HRIT and business transformation initiatives, including implementations of SAP SuccessFactors and Workday HCM. He combines deep HR expertise with a strong understanding of technology-enabled change.
