Olivier Eichenberger is a Director in KPMG’s Corporate Tax practice specializing in Swiss corporate tax legislation. Olivier is a sought-after advisor with profound technical insight into Tax Proposal 17 and its implications for our clients. As a technical expert in current legislative developments in the Swiss Tax Landscape, he advises large multinational and domestic companies from various sectors regarding tax compliance and structuring. He also supports clients regarding tax related Intellectual Property (IP) issues including tax ruling negotiations.
Olivier spent three months on assignment to KPMG’s Global International Corporate Tax practice based in Mumbai, India in 2013. Before joining KPMG in 2008, he was a research assistant and a doctoral student for the Chair of Tax Law at the University of St. Gallen.
Olivier is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert instructor and examiner and regularly publishes articles on national and international corporate tax matters in tax journals.
