On May 28, 2025, the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court (the "Court") issued a bankruptcy order against JD Euroway Bancorp & Trust. KPMG Inc. has been appointed trustee of the estate.

The first meeting of creditors will take place on June 25, 2025 at 10:00 am. Please see the notice of creditors for more information.
