Sabrina's practice focuses on international and domestic corporate taxation. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporation finance, securitizations, investment funds, private equity investments, and pension fund investments. Sabrina also has experience in assisting clients with the resolution of Canadian tax audits and appeals at all stages. She has worked with major Canadian and international clients in diverse industries, including natural resources, entertainment, telecommunications, professional sports, retailers, financial services, manufacturing, leasing and infrastructure.

  • A significant portion of Sabrina's practice is devoted to assisting clients with structuring outbound investments, in particular, advising on the rules relating to foreign affiliates, offshore investment funds and non-resident trusts.
  • Sabrina has been seconded to the Income Tax Rulings Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency as a senior rulings officer in the international tax section.
