Joseph Woolley

Joseph is an associate with KPMG Law in Vancouver, practicing tax law. Joseph regularly advises clients on reorganizing and capitalizing their corporate and partnership structures in a tax-efficient manner in both a foreign and domestic context. Joseph also advises clients during their disputes with tax authorities, including disputes under the federal Income Tax Act, and various provincial and municipal tax statutes.  Prior to joining KPMG Law, Joseph worked as a law clerk at the Tax Court of Canada in Ottawa.
