Wynn is a partner in KPMG’s International Corporate Tax practice in Vancouver who advises on Canadian and international tax matters for private and public multinational groups and their stakeholders. Working with clients in a multitude of industry sectors (including, real estate, technology, manufacturing, industrial markets and consumer services), Wynn advises on a broad range of Canadian and international tax matters, including inbound and outbound transactions, cross-border financing and acquisition structuring. Beyond international tax, Wynn’s breadth of experience extends to complex corporate reorganizations, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions and trust and estate planning, leaving her with an integrated perspective that translates into the ability to structure tax efficient and practical business strategies for her clients.
Wynn is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and a writer and speaker on taxation matters with the Canadian Tax Foundation, CPABC and CPA Canada.
