Nadia has extensive experience advising clients on tax efficient planning and structuring, both domestically and internationally. Her clients include Canadian and foreign multinationals investing in Canada, spanning the public and private sectors.

Nadia’s practice is primarily focused on the Canadian tax issues associated with domestic and international tax planning, specifically with respect to cross border mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments, as well as corporate reorganizations for both public and private clients.

Nadia is the author of several articles and papers that have been published in the Federated Press, Wolters Kluwer International Tax and Canadian Tax Foundation. She is also a contributor to Lexology on various topics, including Pillar Two and Canada’s proposed interest limitation rules. 

Nadia has also spoken at several seminars on international tax including the Canadian Tax Foundation’s 2023 Prairie Provinces Conference, the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, a Business and Tax Update for the Ismaili Business Professionals Association. She was also a frequent speaker at the Trade Accelerator Program organized by Calgary Economic Development.
