Andras Vlaszak advises on financial and commercial aspects of major capital project development, financing, and investment across Canada. His team currently supports projects valued at over $10 billion, providing services that include business case analysis, financial and commercial structuring, negotiation of development and partnership agreements, due diligence, and the arrangement of project and corporate financing.

His work focuses on leveraging commercial and government-supported financing to improve project economics and enable Indigenous equity participation.

Andras previously worked as a senior project finance banker at a global lending institution in New York and led commercial operations for a large oil and gas asset portfolio at a multinational energy company in London, UK.
