Olivia serves as the Audit Risk Management Partner for KPMG in Canada and has been with the firm for nearly 20 years. She is dedicated to making KPMG the most trusted and trustworthy firm by supporting our people, driving sustainable, technology-enabled change, and advancing audit quality.

Olivia has played a key role in implementing ISQM1 and leading numerous audit quality initiatives, including the enhanced EQC Assist (EEA) program, while supporting teams through regulatory inspections. She is accredited in US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting, PCAOB auditing standards, and SEC regulations. With extensive experience guiding teams across diverse industries and roles, Olivia is recognized as a trusted business advisor who helps navigate complex challenges. She also co-leads Accelerating Your Career Potential (AYCP), a cross-functional development program based in the Calgary office, designed for high-potential female senior managers.

Based in KPMG’s Calgary office, Olivia is also a proud mother of two young children and an avid snowboarder.
