Cliff provides accounting, tax and business advisory services to numerous public and private companies and their owners in a variety of industries. Cliff practiced in Ottawa for over 20 years and has served a number of not-for-profit public and private companies.

Cliff specializes in corporate and personal taxation and advises clients on a number of issues including estate planning, succession planning and corporate reorganizations. Cliff has experience also dealing with various tax issues affecting charities and NPOs. He has also led and participated in a number of significant merger and acquisition transactions in many different industries
