Channen Tan

Channen is the architect of KPMG’s award-winning audit innovation Lean in Audit™ and leads the deployment of this approach with clients across Canada and globally to ensure they get the most from their assurance provider.  

Channen has served many leading organizations to improve customer experience and operational performance by using design-thinking and Lean principles. He takes a practical approach to helping clients deliver sustainable change and one of his favorite mottos he lives by is “done is better than perfect”. 

Now currently based in Toronto, Canada, Channen loves to travel and has previously lived and worked in Singapore, Australia and Bermuda.
