Zsolt is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in law, spanning multiple jurisdictions including Romania and Canada. His comprehensive understanding of Romanian civil law and legal issues pertaining to European Union member states equips him to handle complex international legal matters effectively.

In addition, Zsolt has a strong foundation in business law, real estate law, immigration law, and estate law, enabling him to provide insightful guidance to clients requiring assistance in these areas. His experience extends to dealing with Clinical Trials and Research agreements, further broadening the scope of his legal proficiency.

Professional Industry Experience:

  • Creating all manner of trusts, including discretionary trusts, testamentary trusts, alter-ego trusts and spousal trusts and using them for tax planning purposes. 
  • Advising clients on all aspects of estate planning matters, from simple to complex, working with families to create a unique plan suited to their needs and wishes.
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney and personal directives to ensure clients’ health care, financial, end of life and testamentary wishes are properly looked after.   Drafting and coordinating applications for guardianship and trusteeship 
  • Assisting estates with obtaining probate and orderly administration of their affairs, including attendance at Court to make applications when required.
  • Administering complex estates, including managing disputes between executors, beneficiaries, or other interested parties.
