Palwinder Singh

Palwinder is an associate in the Business Law group at KPMG Law in Toronto. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate and commercial law matters. 

Palwinder summered and articled at KPMG Law, where she gained experience in a variety of areas, including complex M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance and other corporate and commercial matters. 

Prior to joining KPMG Law, Palwinder summered with a well-known criminal defence lawyer in Toronto and also with a boutique law firm focusing on real estate transactions. Her multi-disciplinary experience gives her a unique perspective when strategizing and tackling legal problems.
