Jennie is a Partner with KPMG in Canada’s Tax Transformation practice and brings 13 years of experience managing strategic initiatives and process improvement projects, both in-house and as a consultant. An engineer by background, Jennie works with multinational organizations to identify opportunities for improvement within their tax department and implement meaningful solutions. Underpinned by her experience in business transformation, lean methodologies, and change management, Jennie has experience leading and managing projects across Canada, the US, and the UK.

Working with organizations across a variety of industries such as insurance, asset management, mining, manufacturing, real estate, and oil and gas, Jennie excels at understanding the issues specific to the client and their industry, developing opportunities for improvement and transformation, and delivering these sustainable improvements in a collaborative manner. She has worked across the spectrum of the operating model, delivering tangible improvements related to people, process, technology, governance, and data.
