Hershel J. Sahian is a lawyer practicing Estates, Trusts, Insurance and Commercial Litigation. 

Hershel has worked on more than a thousand Court cases. He has experience before all levels of Court in Ontario as well as administrative tribunals, regulatory bodies, and private arbitrations. Hershel passionately pursues his clients' interests, and he is described by his clients as  skilled in the tactical use of procedural steps and proactive in his advice.

Hershel’s clients have trusted him to resolve complex cases involving 

  • Estates – including will contests, complaints against estate trustees, disputes over property, dependent’s support claims, passing of accounts and powers of attorney

Hershel represents some of Canada’s highest-net-worth individuals. He also represented international and domestic insurance companies and banks, multinational manufacturers, municipalities, professionals (including lawyers, accountants, auditors, financial advisors, veterinarians, pharmacists, engineers, etc.), and businesses.

Hershel has worked with both the Ontario and Alberta Legislatures. He is a community activist involved in grassroots advocacy.
