Antoine Stébenne

Antoine Stébenne is a Tax partner at KPMG in Canada, at our Montreal office. With 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and tax law, Antoine has developed deep knowledge in domestic and cross-border mergers, as well as acquisitions of public and private companies. He also has extensive knowledge in real estate investment trusts and income trusts. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several corporate reorganizations, debt restructurings, renewable energy projects, loss consolidations and pension fund investments.
