Vince Raso

Vince is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice and has broad experience in business valuations, corporate finance transactions and related advisory work.  He has over 13 years of professional experience at KPMG.

Vince specializes in business and intellectual property valuations, with a particular focus on the valuation of pension and private equity fund investments. His experience has included the preparation of business valuation and due diligence reports for a variety of businesses across many industry sectors, including renewable energy, energy transmission and distribution, construction, media and telecommunications, technology, service firms and others.

Vince is very active in his local community. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Hamilton Food Share and is a member of the Finance Committee of the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King.  In addition, Vince formally served as a member of the Examination Committee of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV) and was a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Business at McMaster University.
