With over 12 years of experience, Ted has an extensive knowledge of corporate tax legislation and regulations. He is known for his proactive approach to help minimize the overall tax burden of his clients. Ted is also known for excellent client service, being highly responsive in working with his clients.

Ted’s area of expertise resides in private owner-managed businesses across a variety of industries, and includes working with high net worth families in respect of estate planning and generational wealth transfer. He works closely with owners of private companies to ensure that the tax and compliance needs of the corporate group and of the individual shareholders are met in a timely fashion, while being mindful of opportunities to advise on ways to reduce tax exposure.
