Fang is a partner at KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services practice, based in the Calgary office. With a decade-long journey in public accounting and industry, Fang has been dedicated to the field of transfer pricing since 2011.
Fang's expertise includes advising on transfer pricing planning matters, risk assessments, transfer pricing dispute resolution, and global transfer pricing documentation engagements. She has worked extensively with engineering and construction as well as energy trading organizations, assisting with planning, documentation, and audit-related matters.
In 2016, Fang had the unique opportunity to work in the KPMG Beijing office. There, she played a pivotal role in assisting large Chinese state-owned oil and gas enterprises to meet the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Action 13 requirements. This experience not only broadened her professional horizons but also deepened her understanding of the global business landscape. She has leveraged this experience in assisting Canadian clients with the implementation of country-by-country reporting initiatives, including planning, data gathering, risk analysis, and documentation.
Fang's versatility is evident in her ability to work with clients across a diverse range of industries. Whether it's oil and gas, utilities, energy services, agriculture, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or consumer products, Fang brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
