Stephanie has worked with clients in the chemical, agricultural, oil & gas and power sectors, including multinational clients. Through her work on SEC registrant clients, Stephanie has developed an in-depth knowledge of SOX-404 requirements through both audit engagements and performance of SOX-404 testing on behalf of management. Additionally, she has strong knowledge of IFRS through experience on a wide range of industries and has dealt with a wide range of complex accounting and audit issues including major acquisitions and dispositions, impairment testing and financial instruments considerations such as hedge accounting and securitization arrangements.
