Justin has over 16 years of corporate tax experience with KPMG, with the last fourteen years devoted to advising companies throughout the infrastructure, engineering and construction sectors, including large public and private entrepreneurial real estate enterprises, privately-held construction conglomerates and foreign and domestic funds investing in Canadian infrastructure, real estate and renewable energy projects.
Justin advises clients on taxation issues associated with the effective structuring of domestic and international operations, tax-advantaged acquisitions, disposition and financing strategies, mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, and corporate reorganizations.
In addition, Justin advises on tax-efficient structuring of investment funds, provided tax due diligence services and financial model reviews (i.e., bid support) to clients investing in public-private partnership (PPP, P3) projects.
