Greg Prizent

Greg is a senior associate with KPMG Law LLP practicing tax law out of the Edmonton office. His practice encompasses many areas of tax including tax structuring, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with tax due diligence during the merger and acquisition process. He always strives to provide his clients with effective and practical advice.

Greg works with a broad array of clients including professionals, owner-managers and large private enterprises. He also works with high-net-worth families to develop tax efficient estate and succession plans that achieve their desired goals.
