As a lawyer licensed to practice in Canada and the United States (U.S.), Beth advises corporate clients on a wide range of legal issues, including expatriation, naturalization, permanent residence, temporary work authorization, admissibility, policy development, government audits, and regulatory compliance. Her goal is to effectively partner with companies to implement and maintain comprehensive, strategic, and compliant Global Mobility programs.
Beth has more than 15 years of experience in U.S. immigration law. During this time, she has supported H-1B visa programs for numerous Fortune 100 companies and she has managed U.S. Permanent Residence programs for leading multinational organizations, including 3 of the “Big 4” global public accounting and audit firms. Beth is regarded as an expert in Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) foreign labor certification.
In addition, Beth has extensive experience dealing with immigration offices throughout the U.S. and U.S. consulates around the world. She has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State (DOS), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
