Catherine Nadeau is a Partner within the Management Consulting group, where she leads the Governance and Data Management Team, an area in which she has over 15 years of experience.
She is responsible for conducting analyzes, issuing recommendations based on standards and best practices, developing and implementing governance structures, and defining data strategies, roles and responsibilities, policies, processes and metrics. Catherine also supports many organizations in their process of acquiring and implementing data management solutions, including change management, while diligently overseeing the sound management of the various projects that she and her team lead.
Known for her listening and tact, Catherine develops specific solutions that respond concretely to the needs of her clients while respecting the culture of the organization, allowing for the acceptance of the proposed changes.
