Tim has over 17 years of experience advising debtors, lenders, and other stakeholders through special situations, having worked on a number of high-profile mandates across various industries, including healthcare, consumer retail and financial services. Tim specializes in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, business reviews and viability assessments, stakeholder management, distressed M&A, and the implementation of restructuring solutions.

Tim has had success in and out of formal insolvency processes, whether preparing and assisting his clients navigate filings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA) or the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), or implementing innovative work-out solutions to maximize shareholder value.
