Renee is a Partner in KPMG’s Tax Value Creation and International Corporate Tax practices, based in Toronto. In this role, she focuses on driving strategic tax initiatives for some of our largest and most strategic clients across Canada.
Renee helps clients in designing and implementing tax planning strategies that integrate international tax and transfer pricing to provide sustainable financial and operational benefits in support of their broader business objectives. She brings extensive experience across a wide array of complex industries, advising companies on cross border acquisitions and divestures, as well as efficient corporate structuring and effective financing. Renee has worked with large private and public companies to support their international business expansion through acquisitions and organic growth, and managed complex reorganizations and cross border transactions, managing legal and regulatory challenges overseas. Renee has successfully lead many multi-jurisdiction and multi-functional teams on large-scale, transformative projects.
Renee is also currently a member of KPMG’s Canadian Pillar 2 Technical Committee and core team.
