Landis has over 20 years of experience working with public and large private companies, including SEC registrants. Landis was admitted into the KPMG partnership 10 years ago. Landis serves as an engagement partner, engagement quality control reviewing partner and securities partner in the Calgary office. Landis has performed securities work on initial public offerings, carve-outs, acquisitions, dispositions, private placements and prospectuses. Landis developed and led the local KPMG Audit Quality Council for 7 years. In this role, Landis was responsible for the communication and implementation of changes to both the audit methodology and regulatory environment (CPAB and PCAOB).
