Kirill Molchanov

With over 20 years of experience in Canadian tax, Kirill is an Executive Director at KPMG in Canada’s Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Corporate Tax practice.

Kirill is known for his insights and guidance on domestic tax planning, tax modelling, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition reorganization. He specializes in advising public and private entrepreneurial real estate enterprises, privately held construction conglomerates, and foreign and domestic funds investing in real estate. Kirill’s real estate experience includes cross-border (both inbound and outbound) acquisitions and dispositions, REIT reorganizations, offerings, and general tax planning in all aspects of the industry.

Kirill also has extensive experience in a broad range of Canadian tax advisory and tax compliance matters. In addition to his 14 years of experience with KPMG, Kirill was also a Tax Manager at another large accounting firm for almost three years, where he specialized in scientific research and experimental development.
