Adam Moledina

Adam is an associate with KPMG Law LLP and practices out of the Toronto office with a clear focus on Indirect Tax.

Adam has experience advising in the areas of GST/HST, provincial sales tax/retail sales tax (PST), and insurance premium tax. He regularly provides complex GST/HST advice, including planning opportunities and mitigation of tax exposures, to large clients in all sectors, with a focus on the retail and financial institution sectors. He also assists clients in audits, objections and voluntary disclosures with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Adam has experience in researching, assisting in the provision of technical advice based on the Excise Tax Act, case law and the Canada Revenue Agency’s administrative positions, and assisting in the drafting of our deliverables.
