Marie-Claude has over 20 years’ experience and brings proactive tax solutions to companies and their shareholders. Marie-Claude has developed a high-value know-how by advising numerous businesses and organizations with regards to the optimisation of their tax structure. Her varied experience can be seen particularly in mergers, acquisitions and the sale of businesses. As a partner, she also advises clients with matters of corporate reorganization, trust establishment and company transfers. Marie-Claude is also involved in assisting her clients regarding real estate projects.
