Karen is a Partner with KPMG’s International Corporate Tax Group. She has over fifteen years experience in international and corporate taxation matters involving domestic and cross-border tax planning, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financing structures. She also leads income tax provision audits for large public companies.
Karen advises clients ranging from public multinationals to owner-managed businesses on international tax matters and developing solutions in the continually evolving tax landscape. She is well known for her technical experience in foreign accrual property income, foreign affiliate dumping and upstream loan rules.
