Spiros Karagiannidis

Spiros Karagiannidis is an audit partner who has been at KPMG in Canada, in the Montreal office, for more than 10 years. He has significant experience in serving multinational public company group audits with operations across multiple jurisdictions under Canadian and PCAOB auditing standards, under IFRS and US GAAP. Spiros spent two years working in the Department of Professional Practice in KPMG’s New York City office, where he provided technical accounting and auditing assistance.

He is a member of KPMG’s financial statement presentation and share based payments topic team for the Montreal office. Through establishing an excellent understanding of a client’s business and future strategies, Spiros is truly a trusted advisor for public companies in Canada and the US.
