Norm Keith is a management-side employment and labour lawyer, representing corporate clients in crisis management, and perhaps most notably a leading Occupational Health and Safety (“OHS”) lawyer in Canada. Norm represents businesses in regulatory, human resources related, and white-collar crime fraud and corruption investigations across Canada. He has successfully represented clients in more than 1,000 civil, regulatory, and criminal matters.
Norm’s advisory practice includes executive compensation, employment contracts, HR policies, workplace ethics, fraud prevention, employee transition and termination for just cause. He advises and represents employers on workers compensation claims and appeals. Norm’s litigation practice includes wrongful dismissal, restrictive covenants, fraud recovery, whistle-blower complaints, human rights claims, employment standards claims, union grievances, OHS enforcement and prosecutions, fiduciary duty lawsuits and white collar defence.
Norm has authored 12 books, hundreds of journal articles, and is a frequent conference speaker. He also has extensive experience in writing, advising and litigating the complex subjects of alcohol & drugs, fraud & corruption, and harassment & violence in the workplace.
