Ozench is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA). She serves as the leader of KPMG's Management Consulting practice in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, she manages a diverse team of partners and professionals, across industries, who are dedicated to supporting clients through strategic transformations and complex change, helping them achieve their growth objectives and drive results.

As a senior banking partner, Ozench serves some of the firm’s largest financial services clients, bringing to bear KPMG’s global scale, resources, solutions, and alliances to provide insights, supporting our clients’ transformation strategies. Known for her forward-thinking strategic leadership style, Ozench leads with a focus on delivering value, quality and results.

Ozench is KPMG's global lead partner for a large globally significant bank, collaborating across functions, service lines and geographies, bringing the best of KPMG globally to serve the bank. Leading teams in over thirty countries, Ozench has previously supported another large international bank in navigating complex, time sensitive matters - ensuring quality service and value-add for the consolidated bank and in the respective geographies. 

As a member of KPMG's Financial Services Leadership team, Ozench plays a key role in shaping the firm's financial services strategy. She brings significant experience working with large financial institutions, particularly around market, liquidity and credit risk. Ozench also works closely with G-SIFI banking teams, KPMG’s global financial services leadership team and the IFRS desk in London. Her banking, wealth management and capital markets experience spans the unique challenges of the ABCP and the credit crisis years to today's evolving macro-economic environment with navigating elevated levels of financial and non-financial risks facing our clients.

Ozench has served as the geographic champion for the firm's front office transformation program, and has led KPMG’s Avenues program, which provides professionals with cross functional training and experience across the firm’s Audit, Tax and Advisory practices. She is also a mentor and sponsor to the firm’s next generation of talent.

Ozench is a respected market luminary in the Canadian business community, and is an accomplished and dedicated community leader, exemplifying this through various board positions and community leadership.
