Nicole joined KPMG as a Tax Partner in 2016. Prior to this role, she was a Tax Partner in a major Vancouver accounting firm. She has over 25 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of businesses including multinational corporations in a variety of industries such as technology, retail, forestry, and manufacturing. Nicole works with clients on many projects including Canadian corporate tax compliance and planning, tax efficient corporate structuring within Canada and internationally, maximizing claims for Scientific Research and Experimental Development, tax authority audit defense, and general tax planning. She works closely with teams from Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax, and International Tax compliance and planning to provide a full range of corporate tax services. Nicole also works on the preparation, review, and audit of tax provisions under US GAAP, IFRS, and Canadian GAAP (ASPE).
