Michael J Hindley

Michael Hindley is a Partner in our Oakville, Ontario office and has over 15 years’ experience in the field of Canadian corporate tax, assisting individuals, corporations, trusts and partnerships to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks. Michael has worked with a diverse range of clients, from public companies to startup enterprises in their first year of business, and has built a reputation as someone who can identify and address the tax needs of his clients at every stage of their life cycle. Michael is also well versed in Canadian, US, and IFRS accounting principles, and the accounting for current and future taxes under each.

For several years, Michael has had a focus on the Greater Toronto Area’s technology community, being involved with several technology hubs and assisting numerous high growth entities in the IT, SAAS and digital media industries.  Recently, Michael has also extended his focus to the firm’s KPMG Enterprise practice, which is dedicated to assisting entrepreneurial clients and private companies with all aspects of the financial matters surrounding their businesses.
