Joe Hollis

Joe is an Associate in the Business Law Group at KPMG Law LLP. Joe’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate and commercial law matters. Joe provides clients with advice on a wide range of transactions, and he routinely assists in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.

Prior to joining KPMG, Joe practised as a corporate and securities associate at a boutique law firm in Toronto, and as a corporate associate at a full-service Atlantic Canadian law firm.
