Catherine is a Lawyer in the Technology Risk Management, Privacy and Cybersecurity teams at KPMG. She advises and supports private and public sector companies in their compliance with legal and regulatory privacy requirements. She advises clients on technology risk management activities, the operationalization of compliance requirements and the definition of governance frameworks and organizational policies.

During her career, she practiced mainly in the areas of corporate, commercial and transactional law. She was involved in drafting corporate documentation for corporate reorganizations and the purchase and sale of shares and assets. She has also been involved in drafting commercial contracts in the field of innovative technologies, as well as various commercial agreements. Catherine has contributed to the implementation of privacy templates and frameworks for the firm, and has lectured on the reform of privacy laws in Quebec.
