Wendy leads KPMG in Canada’s national Pay Equity practice. With more than 15 years of experience, she helps organizations navigate the complex, evolving landscape of pay equity and fair pay programs across private and public sectors, advising companies from small businesses to multinationals under both provincial and federal regulations in unionized and non-unionized environments.

She brings deep technical expertise and a practical approach through every stage of the pay equity journey, including facilitating pay equity committees, guiding clients through pay equity audits, and leading job evaluation methodology design and implementation. She also advises on broader compensation matters such as salary structure design, benchmarking, and strategies to align equitable compensation systems with organizational goals.
