Sonya Gulati is an experienced Partner who has been leading and working on complex transformation projects for nearly 15 years. She has worked in the public sector at both the federal and provincial levels, the financial services sector (banking, insurance) and a payment systems regulator. Over the course of her career, she has authored or co-authored 150 research and public policy reports.
Sonya is an accomplished project leader who has experience in successfully leading complex projects involving extensive stakeholder engagement involving citizens and clients, management and frontline staff, leaders (e.g., Politicians, Deputy and Assistant Deputy Ministers, Executives) and government/not-for-profit agencies. Her understanding and familiarity across the public and private sector allow her to look at an issue or problem from multiple perspectives and deliver an optimal solution to her clients.
