Robert Gravel

Robert is a partner in the KPMG Enterprise group in Montreal, which is dedicated to entrepreneurship and private corporations. He has over 30 years’ experience serving companies from various growth sectors. Besides his audit responsibilities, Robert acts as a business consultant for these up-and-coming companies; to this effect, he has taken part in several financing engagements, as well as in sales and acquisition transactions. In recent years, Robert has participated in many share repurchase negotiations. Robert is very knowledgeable with regards to all the critical steps in the sale of a business or the repurchase of shares.
