Loris is a tax partner in our Enterprise Tax group where he has predominately advised owner-managed businesses, working closely with colleagues throughout Canada to bring up-to-date advice to enterprise clients in the sector.  In his over 20 years with KPMG he has helped to resolve many clients’ disputes with CRA, advised on the full range of owner manager business income tax issues from structure, acquisition, succession and sale of businesses. His client list includes a wide range of businesses, including sole proprietors, partnerships, and private companies.
