James Gillard

James Gillard is a Partner in our Deal Advisory, Transaction Services practice. He helps business owners and investors to execute acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations.

James manages due diligence projects of all sizes, from enterprise-sized owner managed businesses to complex cross-border transactions and carve-outs. He provides perspectives on key risks and opportunities impacting deal decision-making and valuation, throughout the lifecycle of the transaction – from LOI negotiation, to the quality of a business’ earnings and net working capital, through to SPA drafting and completion accounts. 

Based in Vancouver, James brings deal experience from more than 100 deals over more than ten years, having worked across North America, the UK and Europe.
