In the past, Frank has held several leadership positions within KPMG including, Deputy Business Unit Leader for GTA Tax, leader of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice of KPMG’s Toronto office, Country Leader of KPMG’s Global Compliance Management Services (GCMS) practice in Canada and a member of KPMG’s Global Steering Committee for the GCMS practice. Most recently, Frank was the Business Unit Leader for Centres of Intelligent Delivery and Innovation (iDi) tasked with innovating our delivery of recurring tax engagements such as tax compliance services. During this time, he built his practice with a focus on Canadian corporate taxation, including leading and participating in large scale global compliance outsourcing engagements. He led one of KPMG in Canada’s largest global outsourcing engagements involving compliance services for more than 300 entities across 92 countries.
Frank has spent much of his career advising clients on Canadian corporate tax matters including, reorganizations, providing structuring advice on international expansion, including the centralization of intellectual property, assisting clients in evaluating M&A opportunities with due diligence services and providing tax structuring advice on efficient integration of acquired businesses. He also has extensive experience with tax accounting matters under IFRS and US GAAP and has served as lead tax partner on some of KPMG’s largest audit clients.
