Richele is known for advising clients on complex cross-border transactions including, a wide range of international tax issues, with a deep focus on tax efficient structuring and financing of Canadian multi-nationals, intellectual property structuring and inbound investment into Canada by foreign corporations.
Her clients are include corporations engaged in a broad range of industries, including software and infrastructure services, real estate development, e-commerce, biotechnology and telecommunication. A significant number of Richele’s clients are multinationals operating inbound to Canada. She has been involved in various projects involving physical expansion into Canada, e-commerce and cloud service offerings, withholding tax, mergers and acquisition structuring and permanent establishment (PE) assessments.
