Mark is a Partner at KPMG providing his clients with comprehensive tax and legal services. His practice includes tax consulting and compliance, tax and corporate litigation, cross-border estate planning, probate and estate litigation, marital and domestic contracts and agreements, particularly concerning financial issues.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in industry and public accounting, having managed his own accounting and tax law firm for over 20 years. Mark has specific expertise in the sports and entertainment industry and practices as a cross-border lawyer and accountant. His clients are comprised of individuals, families, and private corporations within either a family setting or a larger scale. He is an often-recommended resource to other accountants, lawyers, business managers, and agents across North America.
Mark has argued well-known and publicized cases in the Ontario superior and appellate courts, including seeking leave to the Supreme Court of Canada.
He is a trusted source of the media when seeking background and opinions on legislation and current events and speaks at conferences throughout North America. Mark has taught for decades in both full and part-time university undergraduate and graduate programs and facilitates continuing education programs.
