Megan is a partner in KPMG’s Global Mobility Services practice. With over 14 years of experience, Megan provides complex cross-border tax services to senior executives and high-net worth individuals, particularly in Canada/US advisory services. She has extensive experience assisting senior executives at major insurance companies and financial institutions. She has led major estate planning projects for ultra-high-net worth families as well as complex planning projects for executives moving to and from Canada and/or the US.
She is focused on various aspects of taxation, including Canadian and U.S. compliance and advisory services in personal tax, Canadian trust taxation and Canadian corporate taxation for private companies.
Megan has been a Training Coordinator and has presented various internal and external learning sessions, as well as has published articles in The Canadian Tax Journal, and Border Crossings Magazine. She has also been involved as a KPMG National Tax secondee where she was involved with Canadian tax news publications, coverage of federal and provincial budgets, and other knowledge sharing initiatives which were shared both internally and externally.
