Dominique has many years of experience in corporate and international tax planning, acting for a diversified client base, including public corporations and medium-sized private enterprises.

Dominique is particularly experienced in mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, cross-border transactions, tax due diligence and internal reorganizations. Her experience also includes advising Canadian-based multinationals in the context of foreign and domestic acquisitions, tax due diligence for domestic and international acquisitions and negotiating and obtaining advance tax rulings from the Canada Revenue Agency.
